These Terms of Service apply to the itinerary/planning service provided by composeopsnet.com (LLC) through composeopsnet.com. We help you organize a trip by providing planning guidance, routes, suggestions, and other non-binding planning information.

Nothing in these Terms is a guarantee of booking, availability, prices, or travel results. Any bookings (if you choose to make them yourself) are subject to the applicable supplier terms and availability at the time of booking.

2. Information you provide

To prepare your itinerary, you may provide personal details and travel-related information (for example, names, email, phone, and traveler preferences). You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate.

By submitting information through the site, you agree that we may process it for the purpose of preparing and delivering your itinerary/planning materials.

3. Acceptance of pre-contract and seller information (distance/online)

If you purchase our online planning services via distance/online ordering, we provide required consumer pre-contract information (including seller identity and complaint-handling) before the contract is concluded, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII (стаття 13).

For electronic commerce, we make provider/seller information available in a direct, simple, and stable way before you are bound, in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII (стаття 7).

4. Deliverables and limitations

  • Our deliverables are planning guidance and recommendations.
  • We do not own or control third-party services (transport, lodging, activities, permits, or local providers).
  • We do not guarantee correctness of third-party pricing, schedules, or availability.
  • Travel outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (weather, operational changes, governmental requirements, and local conditions).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or provide false information that could harm other users or third parties.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, composeopsnet.com (LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including travel-related losses resulting from changes by third parties.

Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you for the itinerary/planning service in connection with the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

7. How to submit a request or complaint

If you have questions or need to submit a complaint related to consumer rights, you can contact us using the details below. The user can file claims through an appropriate submission procedure so that rights can be exercised.

8. Marketing and electronic communications
